White Elementary will model a warm welcoming school climate and culture that challenges and supports its academic community with hands on learning and promotion of social responsibility.

To inspire every student to set and achieve academic and social goals in a clean, safe, diverse and enriching environment.

I am a proud LEADER of White Elementary School. 

I am Proactive by being in charge of ME.

I begin with the end in mind. Learning is my #1 role. 

I put first things first. Work First, Then Play. 

I think win-win by collaborating and being kind. 

I seek first to understand then to be understood by respectfully listening to one another.

I synergize by valuing differences in others: together is better 

I sharpen the saw by celebrating my daily victories.
